With our tenant buyer scheme, you only require a smaller deposit and do not need a mortgage to get started and will be in a position of ownership form day one. You are free to carry out works on the property as if it was your own and if the property value increases then you keep the difference.
We pre agree a sale price, you pay a deposit and monthly rental. You then pay a monthly top up which goes towards your deposit and at the end of the agreed period usually around 5 years you will be able to purchase the property.
